Parent Staff Fellowship

At Midland Christian Academy, we believe a strong partnership between families and staff creates a thriving school community. Our Parent Staff Fellowship (PSF) serves a role similar to a Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) in public schools. The PSF provides parents and staff the opportunity to work together in supporting our students, teachers, and school programs.

Through the PSF, families can get involved in planning events, coordinating fundraisers, and volunteering for activities that enrich the educational experience of every student. From organizing special celebrations and community outreach projects to showing appreciation for our teachers and staff, the PSF helps strengthen the connection between home, school, and church.

All MCA parents and guardians are automatically part of the PSF, and participation is encouraged at any level. Whether it’s volunteering time, sharing talents, or contributing ideas, every effort makes a meaningful difference in our school community.

Together, the PSF helps foster a spirit of fellowship, service, and support that reflects the heart of Midland Christian Academy.
